Quotes

Any figure we give you is a quote based on the information and photographs you provide. Detailing pricing depends on vehicle size and condition, and both are hard to judge without seeing the vehicle. If the vehicle differs materially from what was described, we will discuss it with you before starting rather than changing the price afterwards.

Bookings

A request submitted through this website is a request, not a confirmed appointment. Your appointment is confirmed only once Zoe Auto Detailing contacts you to confirm the date and time. Nothing on this website reserves a slot on its own.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or move an appointment, let us know as early as you reasonably can. We may also need to reschedule occasionally, for example because of weather that would affect the work, and we will give you as much notice as we can.

Access and Site Conditions

Mobile detailing needs reasonable space around the vehicle and safe access to it. If you are unsure whether your parking situation works, tell us when you book and we will confirm. If we arrive and the vehicle cannot be worked on safely, we will contact you to arrange an alternative.

Scope of Service

Detailing is a cleaning and appearance service. It is not mechanical repair, paint correction beyond what is described in the service you booked, bodywork or dent removal. Pre-existing damage, wear or defects may become more visible once a vehicle is clean, and are not caused by the service.

Personal Items

Please remove valuables and personal items from the vehicle before your appointment. We are not responsible for items left inside.
