• Details about your vehicle: year, make, model, type and current condition.
• The service you are interested in, your preferred date and time, your service location and your ZIP code.
• Any notes or photographs you attach to a quote request.
• An offer code, if you use one.

If you become a customer, we also keep a record of the work we did for you, including invoices and payments, as any business does for its accounts and taxes.

We do not ask for payment card details, government identification numbers or account passwords anywhere on this website.

How We Use It

We use what you send us to:

• Prepare a quote for your vehicle.
• Contact you about your request or appointment.
• Arrange and carry out the detailing service.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Photographs You Send Us

Photographs attached to a quote request are stored privately and used to assess the work involved. We will not publish a photograph of your vehicle on this website, on social media or anywhere else without asking you first.

Service Providers

This website relies on a small number of providers to operate: web hosting (Vercel), a database and file storage for requests (Supabase), an email service that delivers each request to us (Resend), and a messaging service (Telegram) that sends us an instant alert with your name, phone number and the service you asked about. These providers process your information only to provide those services to us.

If you contact us by text message or WhatsApp instead of a form, that conversation is also handled by your phone carrier or WhatsApp under their own privacy terms.

Cookies, Analytics and Advertising

This website does not use analytics, advertising pixels or tracking cookies. The only thing it stores in your browser is a note that you closed the offer banner, so it does not reappear; that note contains no personal information. If we ever add analytics, we will update this policy first.

Data Retention

We keep quote and booking requests for as long as we need them to provide the service and to keep reasonable business records. If you would like your information deleted, contact us and we will do so unless we are required to keep it.

Your Choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You can also ask us to stop contacting you at any time. Contact us using the details below and we will respond within a reasonable time.

Security

Requests are stored in a database that only we can sign in to, and photographs are kept in private storage. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect what you send us and will let you know if a problem affects your information.

Children

This website is intended for adults arranging vehicle services. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

If this policy changes, we will update the date at the top of this page.
